Your first order
The 60-day guarantee covers your first order so you can try it completely risk-free. Reorders are not covered, but you can cancel a subscription anytime.
Nothing to return
You do not need to ship the jar back. Donate it, toss it, or keep using it for the rest of the bag. We will not ask.
Product price refunded
We refund the price of the product. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable since the carrier has already been paid.

Once your refund is processed, your bank typically posts it within 5 to 10 business days.
If something arrives wrong, we make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@mypawbiotics.com within 14 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund. Whichever you prefer.
