How to start a refund

Send a note to hello@mypawbiotics.com with your order number and a quick line on what you noticed (or did not) after using the product for 30 days. That is all we need.

The 60-day guarantee covers the first Pawbiotics order on your account. Reorders and subscription refills are not covered, but you can cancel a subscription anytime in one click.
Give it 30 days
Probiotics need about 30 days to actually change what is happening in the gut. Please give the product a fair shot before claiming. The full refund window opens at day 30 and closes at day 60.

The guarantee is a one-time offer per customer. Once you have used it, a later order does not reset it.
If something arrives wrong, we make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@mypawbiotics.com within 14 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund. Whichever you prefer.
