Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally yet.

How fast we get it out

Every order leaves our warehouse within 24 hours of you placing it, weekends included.

How long delivery takes

Orders travel by ground and arrive in 5 to 9 business days in the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico usually take a few days longer than that.

What shipping costs

Subscription orders ship free, for as long as your subscription is active. One time orders are charged standard shipping, calculated at checkout from your address. The full amount, including shipping and any tax, is shown before you pay.

Tracking your order

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You can also look an order up at mypawbiotics.com/pages/track-order.

Delays, wrong addresses and lost parcels

Once a parcel is with the carrier, the delivery date is in their hands. If your tracking has not moved for 7 business days, email hello@mypawbiotics.com and we will chase it or replace the order.

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will happily send it out again once the reshipping cost is covered.
